The Settings button can be found within the Account Management section of the DQ for Excel™ ribbon.

Selecting this will open the Settings dialog box.

From here, users are able to select custom providers for functions which use the services of third party providers, such as Authenticate, Suppress and Verify.

Users are also able to toggle whether or not to auto-show taskpane configuration errors. For example, this error is shown when configuring the compare taskpane:
